There comes a time when we need extra help in our daily lives. We may be less sure on our feet, unable to take care of ourselves properly or perhaps forgetful in a way that causes our loved ones concern.
We all know that at times, we need help – however, we are often reluctant to admit it. We are particularly reluctant, if it could mean going into a nursing home or spending extra time in hospital.
We tend to be proudly independent. We know that no matter how frail or sick we become, we will always be happier in our home environment.
You choose how much service you need. We will spend time assessing your needs and discussing different service options so you can choose what is right for you.
Personal Care
We are dedicated to provide personal care for our clients while maintaining client dignity at all times. Our care workers are friendly, discreet and understand the need for you to feel comfortable in your home.
Domestic support
Our care workers assist clients with everyday household tasks. They can assist with daily living tasks, help with your general house cleaning such as laundry, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, feed the pets.
Social Support
Support to participate in community interest groups, accompanying to appointments and activities, family events or to sit in a local café with friends. Our care workers can transport and support you.
Meal Preparation
We can assist with planning and preparing main meals and snacks, using delicious, healthy options to suit all dietary needs.
Dementia Care
We have a dedicated specialised dementia team providing high-level dementia care. We aim to improve quality of life and enhance decision making skills whilst making safety a priority.
Transport
We can provide transport to community, medical appointments, shopping, social groups.
In-home Respite
New Age Home Care have the ability to provide in-home respite and attend to all care needs required so that loved ones can have respite and attend to other matters.
Post Injury/Post Operative Care
If you or a loved one require short-term care after an injury or operation, New Age Home Care can provide the necessary assistance to help you with your everyday tasks. Whether it be for as little as a weekly 2 hour service, our friendly staff can support your requirements for as long as required.

Sleepovers & 24 Hour Care
If you or your loved one is at a stage where you require a higher level of care, either in the short term or in the longer term, New Age Home Care has team of skilled and qualified staff available to provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it be for a 10 or 12 hour sleepover service, or around the clock care, our experienced staff can provide whatever assistance you require, offering comfort and support in your own home.
Disability Care
Our handpicked staff have extensive experience supporting people with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities. They provide the necessary social interaction and individual attention that encourages personal development for people with disabilities. Receiving assistance from someone you trust and feel comfortable with is of fundamental importance.
