NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME (NDIS)
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a federal government scheme which provides funding to people with disability to access support services that support their specific needs to achieve their goals. Everyone’s support needs are different and under the NDIS, people have choice and control about what services and supports they receive.
The NDIS is an insurance scheme as disability can affect anyone and, through the scheme, everyone who is eligible is entitled to NDIS funding.

After you receive your NDIS Plan, call New Age to discuss how we can tailor our services for you. Together, we will develop a personalised package that meets your needs and goals and will help you live an enriched life. New Age can also provide 24- hour support to Customers with complex needs.

Personalised Planning
Guided by your NDIS Plan, our Personalised Planning service can help you navigate services and supports and ensure that as your circumstances change that you are accessing the right services and supports.Our Customer Care Manager will work with you to ensure the services you choose are aligned with your NDIS goals and your individual needs and interests.
Support Workers
New Age support workers are passionate about supporting people with disability to live a creative and fulfilling life. Our staff are committed to helping you achieve your goals and will get to know you as an individual so they can provide more personalised support. Our support workers are also skilled in advocacy, coaching and problem solving. They will help you overcome a challenge or support you to build resilience to manage a situation or experience a new opportunity. New Age staff are trained in disability support and undergo rigorous checks before being hired as a New Age worker.
All of our workers are covered by relevant insurances including work cover, public liability and professional indemnity.
